I did training with Rosie a couple of years back, when I was very new the gym. When I first started I hated wearing shorts in the gym, I hated training in the co-ed part and just enjoyed staying in the women’s only section, and now two years later, I can easily say I’m so much more confident to wear shorts, anytime, and feel more comfortable to workout at my co ed school gym! Rosie’s training style really helped me as she wanted to push me to do my best and keep doing better each time and focused on getting the form right before upping any weights and when we finally were able to up the weights, she encouraged me to try a higher weight. I enjoyed her training technique as it helped me become where I am today. The progress over the past few years is amazing!
